For new and experienced breeders

Show families
the work behind your puppies.

I made Puppy Structure to keep the daily plan in front of me while raising my own litters. I also use it on my website so families can see what goes into raising their puppy.

What I keep track of

The plan is easier to use
when I can see it.

The litter has a plan. Each puppy has their own notes. The weekly map lets me step back and see what is coming next.

TODAY

The plan for today.

See the activities scheduled for the litter’s age, with instructions and an explanation of their purpose.

PUPPY NOTES

Notes for each puppy.

Record completed activities and keep notes for each puppy alongside the litter’s plan.

THE WEEKLY MAP

The weeks ahead.

Move between the daily plan, weekly map, puppy profiles and guide.

ON YOUR WEBSITE

Your approach, made visible.

Give prospective families something specific to explore as they learn how you raise your puppies.

Who it’s for

New to breeding,
or years into it.

For new breeders

You don’t need an established system to start. Simple multiple-choice questions help you create your example. Explore the daily plan and the reason behind each activity as you build your own approach.

For seasoned breeders

You already do the work. Keep your routine and individual puppy notes in one place, and give prospective families a clear way to see the care and thought behind your program.

A note from Caroline

I built it for my
own breeding program.

CarolineCornwell Labradors · Creator of Puppy Structure

I have ADHD, so I wanted the plan in front of me: what we’re doing today, how to do it and where each puppy is in the process.

It brings daily care, training, socialization and individual notes into one visual system. I also use it on my website so prospective families can explore the work behind my puppies.

Breeders from around the world have visited my website and asked how I made it, and whether I could make a version for them. Those requests are why I’m bringing Puppy Structure to other breeders.

It’s one of the most useful tools I’ve made.

An important part of it

The puppy comes
before the checklist.

A useful plan leaves room to observe the puppy in front of you. Readiness, rest and individual responses matter. The record should help you decide what comes next.

Take a look at the daily plan, the weekly map and the thinking behind the activities in the example that started it all.

The example opens on cornwelllabradors.com. In an ordinary browser, any checkmarks or notes you enter are saved on your own device. They are not a live record of completed work at Cornwell Labradors.

program could look.
